Welcome to your PaperclipCMS Demo Account.  This is a full functioning demo.  All the features of the paid version are available here.  Further, any work you do here will be transferred directly over to your live account once you purchase it, saving you time and effort.

Three steps to making this site your own

1. Make the frontend your own:

login to your admin area by following the instructions in the email that was sent to you. Once logged in click on the general configurations icon or select configurations -> general configurations from the left hand menu. There are three tabs Home Page Settings, Website Global Settings and Backend Content.  Select Backend Content.  The default tab is Home Page Settings.  

Here you will see an image of the main banner image as well as the logo.  To change these, simple click the browse button and navigate through your computer to the location of the replacement image of appropriate size.  Once there click upload/open and the replacement will be automatic. If you do not have an image that fits the required demensions you can use our selection of images by downloading them by clicking here.

2. Post your first property:
Use the same steps as above to log into your admin area. From the admin home page select the property management icon from the main menu or properties from the left hand menu.  

Here you will see all the properties listed within your site.  Currently there are 2 default properties that are included with each new demo account.  To create your own listing, select the new button.  

Fill out the property specification form including prices and description.  As a note, in order for Google Maps to function properly the street address must be filled out in this manner  123 North St., New York, New York, 112233, USA.  Once complete, use the brows button to select the main image for your listing.  You will be able to upload more images once the property is created. If you wish to deactivate Google maps click system management ->users. Click the Backend Users tab and click edit beside the default backend user. You will notice a button at the bottom of the page that says 'display Google maps for this user.' Click it once to disable this feature.

3. Add search engine friendly pages:
To add  or edit unique pages login to your backend and click on site specific -> content management. Under content management click on edit beside the page you want to edit. You can click on the Configuration tab to change the name of the page, you can click on the search engine optimization tab to enter your meta tags or you can click on the content tab to start adding content to the page. Once you're done, click apply to see the changes in the front end.

When you're  ready, click edit beside http://www.paperclipcms.com/.../Default.aspx and delete the content from this page to make it your own!
